this would just be perfect with homemade fresh flour tortillas & homemade refried beans with mozzarella or queso blanco shredded cheese on it ❤️ i also like adding a flour or cornstarch slurry to it to make it into a gravy ❤️

The way you serve the rice, in the little dome, looks somewhat Asian, how rice might be served at a Thai restaurant, for example. Anyway, this dish looks delicious. I think I'd want some tortillas on the side to sop up all that juice.
