Quick question what does the white vinegar do? When I make menudo I have to make 20lb just for our six boy's. They love menudo with all the trimmings and the fresh homemade flour tortilla.
Can you use regular menudo not honeycomb menudo? Does it take longer?

This looks great and I am going to try it, but there is 2 kinds of tripe and one is the honeycomb and I forgot what the other one is called. That is the one I'm used to having in my Menudo. Can you use that one also if you wanted too? Thanks for all your great videos!! 🙂
