Thank you for the recipe. Tried it today for the first time, turned out great, except that I substituted parchment paper for the aluminum foil. I'm concerned about using aluminum foil around food, so I would be interested in any other workarounds you might suggest. The parchment paper worked okay, but it was really tough to maintain the shape of the loaf without the foil. I used half bison meat and half Italian sausage, and added turmeric to the spices, but other than that, followed your instructions. Any suggestions on how to better shape a loaf in the instant pot without using aluminum foil? I'm wondering if I can use a smaller stainless steel bowl
You dint show the end result. Was the meatloaf ruined or did it come out alright?
You can rig up handle grips with aluminum foil, fold it into a long 6×20 handle and put your meal on top of it. Your can just stay get the two sides and bring your food out with out any steam burns. Looks like it came out good 👍, didn't get to see it after.
