Love the zoom in on "wow factor" Haha. PROTIP: If you're keto use pork rinds. Even consider flavored ones for a boost. They work perfectly in place of bread crumbs.

I followed your recipe last night for dinner. First time ever cooking in the I.P. Loved it and it was a hit. Absolutely a redo again. I do miss though the crisp top when putting it in the oven, but the convenience and easy clean up definitely makes up for this!

That little plastic thing that you are sauteing with was put in for those that cook rice. It is a rice paddle it is not an unnamed little dude that was just thrown in to your wonderful pot. I have a different brand than instant pot because I had a bad experience with an instant pot. It too came with several accessories one of them being a rice paddle. It is not something shaped perfectly for your instant pot to saute with would you can do but that was not their thinking.

How much meat did you use? I ask because I make a 3 lb meatloaf and wondered, first if that much would fit in the 6 qt instant pot and secondly, if 40 min would be the proper amount of time to cook 3 pounds of meat.
