I love your recipes they are amazing I am proofing my bread in my instant pot right now thanks to you and I just had a tip for everyone that doesn’t have cream instead of milk if they want it creamy or if you have cream of tartar in your house just add two pinches in and it will be just as creamy that’s always been my secret ingredient since I was a child thank you for your wonderful content can’t wait to see what’s next

How much water do you put in the insta pot? Does the amount of water change with the number of potatoes?

WE call those dirty mashed taters,I personally steam whole ones for the full 25 and then dejacket them and mashed them with milk, butter and serve, they taste like roasted mashed taters. Plenty of ways to do them I guess. lol Thanks for sharing your methods.
