Can’t wait to try this. I make your New York style cheesecake all the time, everyone loves it. The only difference is I have a Ninja Foodi instead of an instant pot. Great video!👍🏻👍🏻
OMGOODNESS! I just got done making two of these. One for my family and one for a friend of ours. Absolutely delicious! I did a little change up. I only used half the cookies crumbs for each cheesecake. We aren't overly crazy with a thick crust. Plus, the second one was for someone with diabetes. So, I wanted to cut back as much as possible for sugar. He is also a fan of your cheesecakes. I used Splenda in place of sugar for his. I was expecting a heavy maple flavor. To my surprise, it was perfect. Though I'm wondering if a little less flour would make it a little more moist and more creamy? But honestly, it was worth making. I would post a photo if I could. My next question is, I want to change sizes of pan (twice the size) in my super large I.P. I'm just wondering if I need to double the time? Or leave it as is?
Glad one of your sons is soon going to realize that he can make money from YOUTUBE for something he enjoys doing and it will keep on rolling in when it catches on !!! Bravo.
