Thank you for your video! I love that you don't go off on tangents and that you talk quick enough so I don't get bored! 🙂 I have a recipe that calls for cook on Low Pressure. How do you cook on Manual on low – not high?

It would be great for someone to go into detail with the time display. Sometimes it is hh:mm; sometimes you can do seconds…it is not clear on the website or in the instructions/manual.

I'm betting your wife has made porrage-it's just the English word for hot cereals like cream of wheat, cream of rice, oatmeal . . . though cream of peas (where they're cooked to a mush) would also go under porrage.

Question: I was watching a new user set up/water test and that person mentioned a reservoir attached to the outside of the pot (catches condensation). I recently bought mine-the v3 6quart and it didn't have one. Am I missing a part or was this upgraded and no longer needed?
    Thanks in advance.
Oh! I love how the bubble wrap went flying over her shoulder!

I hope you do answer questions instead of all those chit chat about everything else but instant pot. Here is my questions: Q1: Why are there 2 venting outlets on the Instant Pot Lux, (one on either side of the sealing pot) Is one side better than the other? Q2: Some other models has condensation collector, but I don't see such in the Instant pot Lux. Do I have to worry about condensation ? I am intimidated by this gadget, but I got it as a gift.

Have you (female) ever worked in Fort Lauderdale? You look JUST LIKE someone I used to work with years back (but you look too young, so maybe your mother). The girl I knew was Melanie.

What type of Microprocessor does it have? It sounds like it is some type of RISC Processor, or Micro-Controller like the Intel 8-bit 8051 Micro-controller which costs around $1.86

I made the cake in mine.. It stuck Like a bitch. I use my rice cooker which is a non stick Teflon like pot, worked amazing for cake. Prolly won't bother using the oven to bake cakes again. Nice review, I got the ultra, love the digital screen and the IPduo 60 v2.. Love these things!
