Just made it and it was great. I think there was a big fire ec in the size of your leeks to mine. Took forever for leeks to get that brown.

For pot in pot cooking in the instant pot has anyone used the disposable aluminum pans?
I only see recommendations for using stainless steal over glass or ceramic for a safer option due to risk or breakage, but otherwise many places see if oven safe it should be instant pot safe. So theoretically the disposable pans should work just fine right? Hoping someone has tried this before.

Was the IP a 6 or 8 quart? I only have a 6 quart so wondering if recipe needs to be reduced to fit??

There is an Irish pub I hang out at in Philadelphia. I always look forward to this time of year because they put Potato Leek soup in the rotation. I havenβt had any yet this season, so I made this soup tonight in my instapot from Jefferyβs recipe. It is INCREDIBLE. Even my fussy husband raved about it.

Just made this for dinner tonight and we loved it! There's a little compound butter recipe on the garlic BTB jar so I made some of that and put in on baguette slices and toasted those – great accompaniment.
Cooked this today. It was as a hit. Awesome!
