1&1/2 cups chicken broth 3-4lbs of diced potatoes ( I used Yukon gold) , any will do.. Butter Sharp cheddar shredded Sour cream Salt Pepper Thick bacon Chives
Pour chicken broth in the instant pot, add diced potatoes,salt and pepper to taste.. Pressure cook 3 mins!
Drain broth.. Mash potatoes!
Add more broth and milk to make Potatoes!!, Salt,pepper, add all your toppings and stir but save some topping to top,duh!
Then I just placed on slow cook on low for 30 mins it melted the cheese and switched to keep warm until I was ready to serve and you can add more additional toppings if you like once you plate.
