Mmm that sound delicious and quick!! I enjoy soups during fall and winter and gloomy weather. 😉 I Love the Townsend channel, I watch it on and off. I watched him make a mud or adobe oven and then he bake a sourdough (my favorite) at the end. Thank you Lorraine and Penelope for thinking about us and sharing it! 😉

I thought I had tried it all in my lentils but I never tried sweet potatoes so Thanks! The coolest thing I came up with this year was putting wild mushrooms (pear shaped puff balls) in them. I'm glad I did it because its the best way I've found to use that particular mushroom. I put them in whole and they absorbed the flavors and when I bite into one it actually bursts with the flavor of the lentils.

Such a cozy school setting! I think I'll try this with some curry seasoning, as you suggested; that sounds delicious! Also, I totally loved that peak at your knitting basket– whatcha makin'?

This looked super easy and yummy! I’m gonna try it and let ya know. I have lentils but don’t use them often just simply because I don’t have a lot of recipes. I just usually add a few to soups and such for bulk. I love sweet potatoes so this should be great! Thank you. Love the music playing Miss Penelope! God Bless you all ~Lisa
