So I typically prefer fresh garlic, but have also used the jarred stuff from costco. I have an instant pot I have been too scared to use for a year lol, but I have heard it can be a real time saver for dinners. I have to bust it out for this recipe! I rinse my rice nowadays, but I did not grow up rinsing it. I buy those same frozen veggies from costco and have never thought of roasting them in the oven! What degrees do you roast them at? I love the Kinder/s buttery steakhouse seasoning from our local costco. I have been putting it on our veggies and my 5 year old is eating them up 🙂 Thanks for another great recipe! -Kat
