That looks great Catherine! I have yet to get the dreaded burn notice, and I definitely don't want to! I usually try to put the water or clear liquids on the bottom, that's great to know that you can put the thick pasta sauce on the bottom and then layer the water and it won't give you the burn. I love cottage cheese too, although I love ricotta too 🙂 Have a wonderful and blessed day —-Stacy 😍💚
