This looks amazing. Is there somewhere i could find this recipe written? I wanted to know if you're using lentils with the potatoes?
How do you calculate the pressure cooking time in ratio to how much rice you have? If I do one cup of mixed lentils and rice, how much time and water should i set the intant pot to?
Wow this looks really good. I want to try this in my IP.
Thanks for the recipe, it is delicious. It's the first time I cooked Khichdi and I love it. I just finished eating 3 scoops and I'm about to go for one more.
