    If I only have one cake pan can I remove the cheesecake from the pan after four hours and put it back in the fridge and let it stand overnight because I would like to make two

    Just got a Fat Daddio pan for Christmas and can't wait to make your cheesecakes!! In watching all of your videos, I am a little confused about one thing. In some of your cheesecakes you use corn starch, and in some you use flour. In this key lime video you use flour, but in the printed list of ingredients, you list both corn starch and also flour. Is there a reason you use one or the other in your different recipes? Does it matter? Thanks!!!

    Just tried the recipe today. The only difference is that I used a 7” springform pan inside my instant pot. However, mine foamed up over the top of the pan with some of it falling into the water in the bottom of the instant pot. The top is also sort of tan colored, not light like yours. Any idea what I might have done wrong?

One question: your typical cheesecakes cook for 28 minutes, but this one is almost double. Why is that? The added condensed milk and key lime juice? Thank you for sharing this recipe with us.     It will cost us poor Canadians 40 US dollars for just two measly bottles by amazon. How about a trade off? Maple syrup? From Queerbec…Lol. Your cheese cake must be devoured by now. Good job.

    WoW, am I enjoying your easy to follow Cheesecake recipes, I believe you cant go wrong and so Far my CCs have come out great with your help! My Insta Pot is the Big 8 one, so I have plenty of room in mine! Anyway, I made a Chocolate Malted Raspberry Cheesecake with your basic regular recipe but adding a Raspberry filling, not much just a little bit inside and Ghirardelli bittersweet chocolate chips sprinkled throughout in layers as I poured the CC batter! WoW what a cake after I put on more Raspberry topping! Again 2 thumbs up for what You and Your sons do, My sons and I don't have the time to produce what you have done!
    I'm a BBQ Pittmaster, Haven't won a 1st place YET but will one day, My Pulled pork and Babyback ribs are Well, Like Your Cheesecakes, TERRIFIC!
