I tried it, next time i wont add ghee to parchement paper because it made the whole batch taste very… gheeish. Rolling out the dough was definitely the hardest part of the whole recept, everything else was easy-peasy. But I will try again!

Hi when you said ten minutes in the recipe does it mean ten minutes including the time the cooker take to reach pressure or ten minutes from the time it has reached pressure?
