Again, I want to tell you how much I appreciate you and your work. A LOT! There are definitely some other good recipes and resources for the instant pot out there but, to date, none like you! Your work has blessed my life and I pray that God will bless you. ✨✨✨ Thank you!
I just love love your channel. I am in love with my instant pot! I have ordered all of your books! You had me at "linguine with clam sauce" lol. OMG! Delish!🥰
Jeffrey, I have put off and put off buying "The Blue Book", but I'm thinking it might be worth it for this recipe alone! The mushrooms! The sun-dried tomatoes! Oh! 😉 I don't remember any recipes from this book so I'm wondering if they were demonstrated on your channel? 😊 With the exception of not having "The Blue Book", I have the others with #4 on pre-order through Amazon. Thank you for some good eats, Jeffrey! 😉 TC
Jeffrey, if someone weren't strictly trying to keep things light, I feel like a side of some sort of orzo would really go well. Can you recommend a simple orzo side dish that would make this a next level full meal?
Jeffery honey how can I lose weight when everything you make is Soooo good 😂. Self control went out the door when I started following you 😂😂. Keep up the good work. ❤
I just ordered an Instant Pot last week, which will be here tomorrow, and I just saved this as my Bookmark for my first cook. The only thing don't have is lemon juice and spinach, but I will get that tonight. Anything with sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms in a white wine is my jam! Thanks for the vids!
Be careful with coconut flour as it really loves moisture and needs more liquid, unlike all-purpose flour. I use cassava flour (not as easy to find unfortunately, although Thrive Market started to sell it) as it works well as a substitute for all purpose flour or almond flour (if ppl are nut allergic). I use it in a lot of recipes that call for almond flour. The blue book is the only one I am missing.
That looks delish! I just love how you give alternatives to ingredients. Especially with winter being upon us. I hate going to the store if it’s snowing. But I know what to stock up on now.
Good morning, kiddo…I may try this…I’m like you always hesitate to use chicken breasts because of their propensity for dryness…I have all your books so I don’t have an excuse not to experiment with your help!
This looks great! Also I was wondering, one of my favorite chicken dishes is Indian tandoor chicken. Any chance we can have a recipe for insta pot for this dish? Thank you Jeffrey for all you do!
Looks amazing! I have all of your books so far but I have not tried this one yet! I must! 🙂 Loves from Alberta Canada
Great recipe! I like how you give options to the recipe. Thanks
You have to season the cutlets before you dredge. Otherwise you need to add about 5x what you put in the flour.
Definitely going to make this. Love the ingredients, and I'll top with some parm for sure. Yum!!
This looks fine but it would leave me hungry too soon. Any suggestions on combining rice?
Xanthan gum can also be used as a thickener! Nobody mentions this one
I think Richard is waiting for another bite
If I skip the shrooms (😝) does that matter much?
Also, have you thought about making a video of every one of your recipes? 🤔😁😬
I love the combo of your book with video as I make things.

Awesome light recipe. Thanks Jeff!
Serving it in a pie dish. Lol. You’re such a guy.
I love that cookbook! There are so many recipes my family loves and I live to make.
What?! No Boursin?! 😂. When my family went to Europe, we had a tour guide named Gee.
Hi Jeffrey.
I find a great breading alternative on keto is whey protein isolate. Have you given that a try?
Well, dang, I am going to have to make this soon!
CONGRATULATIONS Jeffrey on 400K Subscribers! Banjo is celebrating!

Where is the lemon? I thought it was lemon cream sauce. This btw looks ama3.

How pretty! And I'd never have thought of the tomatoes and artichokes. Truly a fresh approach that sounds absolutely delicious. Jeff, you are AMAZING!
Chicken thighs are so much better in dishes like this.
I like this dish because it doesn't have a lot of useless calories. A quality recipe.

Can you sub tapioca starch instead of corn starch?
Looks delicious! However I’m not a fan of sundried tomatoes. Any suggestions for an alternative?

What do you serve it with usually ?
Man, I really love your recipes, I just bought a package of chicken breasts and they're in freezer, now I know what I'm doing with them.
