This looks so delicious:) love the recipe you put together! Oh man I could go for a big bowl of this right now ๐Ÿ™‚ I have only made a jambalaya once and this is such a much easier way to do it. I can't wait to try it. Thanks for sharing ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi Stacy! The jambalaya looks amazing. It's such a southern dish. I've made it a couple of times and have put prawns in it as well. I just made it on the stove top. Happy day from Sally and the fur crew! ๐Ÿ˜Šโค

That looks really, really good Stacy. And I love your presentation with the salad and cheesy bread. A delicious meal. I'm obviously not from the south, so this might be a dumb question, but if you added some red kidney beans would this be like red beans and rice? (:

That looks so yummy! I really need to start using my Instant Pot more, I just had to have it and sadly it sits on the shelf more than I thought it would! I have used it to make mac and cheese!

That looks delicious!! I think your rice turned out perfect. I prefer it a little juicy rather than dry, and like you mentioned, it makes for better leftovers. Looks like a keeper ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Looks awesome!! I have been in a jambalaya phase lately.ย  Been going to this new restaurant in town and getting the dirty Louisiana rice.ย  Its basically jambalaya with chicken and beef and it has some kick.ย  Your recipe looks easy enough- may have to give it a shot soon.

That looks good! But you are depriving Tim of bell peppers and celery! I should try this sometime but I never really buy andouille sausage which I think would make it more authentic than other kinds I get. ๐Ÿ™‚

Lol, jambalaya, one of life's simple joys. Thanks for this video. It was fun, I think we all do a lot of head scratching when taking on new recipes. I love my Mealthy multipot, but have hesitated to cook rice, of all things, in it. I eat boatloads of rice, so you just gave me another push in the right direction. Thanks, Stacy.

Stacy, I loved this video! Your Zataran's confession was fun, I honestly believe that any woman who says, "oh no, I never!" is either lieing through her teeth, or has a personal chef (who would discreetly do the Zataran's thing and not tell her). The use of technical terms also warmed my heart. Smooshing is a skill I have proudly mastered. Jambalaya is a dish that's meant to be stretchable, and inexpensive, and fun. Kudos for a dish that looked terrific!

That looks really good! My hubby just asked a couple of days ago if I had all the ingredients to make a Jambalaya.. You was reading his mind.. ย LOL Well I am gonna have to print out the recipe and see what I have or what I have to get ๐Ÿ™‚ย  Thanks so much for sharing!! Take care and be blessed.

Looks so delish Stacy! Thanks for the recipe! I am excited to try it! I think I will add the celery and leave out the bell pepper. I feel the same about rice, I can't eat it if it is undercooked. Can't wait to see the next one! ๐Ÿ™‚ Have a great week!

Just finished a five minute ad before a six minute video. That's the longest so far for me on your videos. ๐Ÿ˜Š Anyway, I've been waiting for this. Looks good. I have to watch it again more closely later when I get back. Have a blessed week Stacy!
