Thanks for posting this recipe! Love your recipes Jeffrey and I have been waiting to find an instant pot recipe for Italian Wedding soup. Will try this and compare to my stove top simmered version that everybody loves. I am Italian and make Italian Wedding Soup just like my mother and grandmother did. My ingredients are different from yours but everybody I know makes it their unique way. My recipe has the vegetables, beef meatballs, lots of chicken and escarole instead of spinach. Think I will make a batch the traditional way and a batch with the instant pot and have a taste test with all my friends! Thanks again!

Would Israeli cos cous be a suitable pasta for this soup? Although I don't have an insta pot, I do have an older pressure cokjer and I think I shall def try this recipe. IWS is currently my favourite soup. I add an obscene amount of parmesan to each empty soup bowl and then add the hot soup on top. This big little extra turns the soup into ambrosia that should be illegal.

With the salt in the sausage, boullion and celery you probably don’t need to add any. I would not because I like to top soup with Parmesan cheese! Will definitely try this. We always used ground turkey for the meatballs growing up but will try the sausage mixture. Thanks again

My wife & I feel like it was taken from the family recipe Minicina soup (spelling). In 1990 when we gave the caterer the recipe for our wedding. 6 months later the caterer retired, and about 6 Cambels came out with Italian Wedding soup, with slight change from our recipe. We have seen lots of variations as the years have passed, but few use the secret ingredients.

Okay. Just made this. Oh my God. Are you kidding? This is incredible! I’m a written recipe person so I look forward to the “book.” Icing on the cake is the step by step video and the crazy humor. Only in NY!

What size Instant Pot do you use? Also, if you take one of those binder clips, the black ones with the silver handles that folk, you can use it to hold the pot in the cooker without risking a burn …

Another hit!! I know what soup I want to make next. And my daughter in law will definitely be able to help with this one.
I always look for celery with the leaves. It was difficult to find for a long time, but I think it's making a come back. More leaves please! Can't wait for your cookbook.

Just thinking about having this soup and there you are. Looks amazing and going in the pot tonight! We had your pot roast last night, so delicious and rich, really enjoyed it and love the addition of the portobellos. The celery leaves are like a bonus flavor. Enjoy your comments!
