Just make them with 4 oz wide mouths. We don't make crust but leave them an inch low. One piece lids go on and are backed off one full turn. When done pour any topping you like on it like cherry or peaches strawberry sauce. Put lids on tight and store in fridge. Eat them right out of the jar.

OK if you want to use these and make it easy to get out of the pan. Freeze them. Then you can flip them upside down and I’ll slide right out give them about 15 minutes and they’ll be defrosted it to be just as good. Do it all the time with big cheesecakes

Oh wow, you had me worried watching you 'flip the cheesecake over and then back again' – but hey, you did it…Good job!
Thanks for sharing these 'twins'. Making two cakes at the same time is awesome – and so quick to make, too. Good thing I'm happy just watching. It's a whole lot less fattening than eating 'em…!;)

I feel like this was a video on why NOT to buy those stacking tins. I was so close to running to amazon. Now I will stay with my spring latch pans.

Hello Indigo Nili! You are the "Goddess" of Instant Pot cooking and you never cease to amaze me with all your very helpful and informative videos!! I have 2 metal stackable insert sets (Wolfgang Puck and Cooks Essentials {QVC}) just like the one you used for this 2 cheesecake video and have never used them. Now I have a use for them as I love cheesecake and your method/recipe now gives them a purpose other than being 'dust collectors'!! Thank You so much, I feel Blessed to have stumbled on this great video!! Keep up the great and excellent work, and please, don't get a 'day job' as we Instant Pot users would be lost without you!!! God Bless You and Yours!!!!!

My guess is the water got into the pan because the parchment paper for the sides of the pan was cut too wide and you had the parchment paper kept the 2 pans or pans and cover from sealing properly. Just a guess…

I'm binge watching your channel after getting the instant pot on Prime Day….this was fun to watch but I think I am going to try the other video you did (looks better, and I don't have a need for two cheese cakes lol)

Evening Nilli, I have these pans and used your recipe. My result is my question. The thickness of cakes was not there, only about 1". What is the cause? The crust and taste was perfect just the rise of cakes. TIA

I used the two pans with the handle and my lid got stuck!! Husband came to the rescue and finally freed it. He thinks the handle covering the two pots caused the problem I almost lost dinner AND my Instant Pot! Has anyone had this happen?
