I tried this way. Didn't know what happened the milk curdled.
I boil the milk separately to see if its sour but it was fine.

I tried the recipe for half of the proportions. The milk overflowed. Should have reduced cooking time manually on my side. We mixed the overflowed milk with the rest and it still tasted great. This was our first recipe on Instant Pot. Thanks for sharing.

did you add water in the main pot before keeping the inner pot?
I made this and it turned out to be great, but then next time when I tried to make I alter the recipe a tiny bit by adding nuts at the same time when added milk and after 20 minutes when I opened the lid milk has gotten sour…..could adding nuts early on caused it?
