Oh…that is the best Wild Rice blend I've ever used. I have 2 bags in my fridge! I'm not sure about the fresh tomatoes in your greens salad, if you want to store it in the freezer. Frozen tomatoes either get very mushy, or mealy…or both. I love the whole idea of Greens Salad, but would use sun-dried tomatoes or roasted bell peppers, if I was going to store any of it in the freezer…just to be safe with the texture… I love your Indian "take" on the salad…and I love Lundberg's varieties of rice..

Thank you so much. I too have realized the lack of good healthy greens in our WFPB lifestyle. Plus I work full-time and my husband is on disability. This is a super idea! ❤ it! One question. I use Westsoy milk and Belle Bella starter for my soy yogurt. It tastes yummy but sometimes a bit thin. I have added cornstarch which helps. Is the brand of both products the issue? You use a different starter. Just wondering. Oh and 13 hours in the IP.

Sorry I missed you today. Had to have a colonoscopy. Turned out great like I knew it would. Now my Doctor can leave me alone. He is still having a hard time believing I’ve turned my health around with my healthy way of eating.

Love your channel, I’ve been watching for over a year and am now vegetarian. Thanks for all the inspiration. Quick question.. why do you refer to yourself as plant – based instead of Vegan. Just curious. Thanks!
