Good recipe however I think the chicken becomes way too over cooked and dry in 5 minutes will try to do 3 mins next time

Thanks for the suggestion of the mushrooms and bell peppers. Might try some jicama for a bit more texture. I'm sensitive to sodium so will delete the salt that is listed.
Recently found "sweet soy sauce". Might be an interesting substitute for the honey. Being a diabetic little changes make a big difference.
