I can see where it might brown it, but there's no way it has crispy skin with the water in the pot and wrapping it in foil afterwards. I'm sure it was delicious though. Personally I would save the money and put it under the broiler after pressure cooking it.

Way too much liquid in the bottom of that pan to offer any type of credible crispness at least using that method. Basically you were just steam it. I think you know this you needed to take out the liquid and then use the air fryer! Not hating just the reality of it!🤗😉😇

I'm glad to see that the airfryer will work with the water in the pot. I've seen other videos and people remove the water then use the airfryer. Thanks for sharing now I want to cook some chicken breasts in my instant pot. I just bought the airfryer. I'll see how it turns out.

Good idea for the rice. Eric, your container garden is handy and paying off. I'm gonna try your recipe for the chicken. I love using my small appliances instead of my oven during the summer. Keep on cooking guys. I'm loving it!

Your chicken looks amazing. I will definitely try this. The temperature you pulled the chicken from the pressure cooker was 170⁰ with crisping the top it must cook it even more. Did it?
