My wife is taking this to work because it's so delicious. Used a bag of petite purple potatoes and added extra veggies to your recipe and used unsalted broth because we are cutting out salt where we can now. Your recipes are great and we really love your weekly instant pot videos. Thanks much.

How does the potatoes hold up to freezing? When I’ve ever frozen stew the potatoes get really mushy when they’ve been frozen and thawed. Doesn’t make a difference to have them fully submerged in the broth when you’re free some

Found this recipe this morning and had to try it today. It is soo good!! Didn't have rosemary so substituted poultry seasoning. Don't have an instant pot (yet) and didn't have time to slow cook so cooked it on the stove top.

It looks so quick and easy in the Instant Pot! If you were doing this in a slow cooker, I would use thawed chicken instead of frozen chicken. Frozen meat is fine in the Instant Pot since it thaws so quickly and it's all enclosed, but using frozen chicken in a crock pot could cause food safety issues. I am sure plenty of people throw in frozen raw meat into a crock pot without issues, but I do not have very good luck in that situation (I will leave out the details LOL!).
