I made these tonight and they were absolutely delicious, I did tweak the recipe, by adding a chicken bouillon packet, I was a little skeptical to make because of the amount of liquid left after they cooked, but once I added the cheese and put them on warm the liquid evaporated leaving creamy delicious grits not runny at all. Thank you 😊❤️

Just made it and it is perfectly delicious, Christin! I didn't need to add more butter at the end as it was already so creamy. Just a bit of pepper. Thanks for a definitive instapot grits recipe!

I made some stone ground grits tonight following your video. Best grits I have ever made, and I’ve been making them all my life! I’m totally sold on the Instant Pot. I just got it a few days ago and so far I’ve made a Mississippi pot roast that was to die for, a whole chicken, it was excellent, last night I made collard greens and tonight the grits. I really love the IP. One question about your stoneground grits. Do you put them in a bowl of water to allow the chaf to float to the top? Are your chaf free 🙂
