Good recipe – quick and full of comfort. Like another comment below – my mom would slice up 1/2" pieces of bacon and fry up with the ground beef. It really gives it that American Goulash taste! Thanks! I make 1/2 in my 3 qt and it's perfect!

Tried the recipe, it's good thanks. Use ground turkey instead of beef had no Bay leaves. Had a power pressure xl six quart. Set to rice button and added a minute, 7 total it didn't pressure only steam came out valves were set right counted down ok . When time was up it was very good. Thanks again.
