I just had to come over here and say a big THANK YOU for The Instant Pot Bible. I got a Pot for Christmas and kept getting fails when I tried recipes off the internet. I'm so glad I decided to get your book, because it's opened my eyes to the potential of the multi-cooker, and every recipe I've tried turns out delicious. I just made my first cheesecake and it was perfect. And I've loved making pulled pork and chicken, chili, stews and casseroles. Already one of my all-time favorite cookbooks.
I'm going to make this for my wife's bday. She's from New England. Any other suggestions for this? What do you mean natural release? Don't release it so it goes pffffffssssss. Or do you let it go to L0:00 time? Thank you. This looks amazing
