I’ve never used an Instant Pot and can’t cook worth a darn. Here’s my first try ever with an Instant Pot – here goes nothing!

LOL on the time thing – yeah, the recipes tell you ONLY the actual cook time, not the prep and/or the depressurizing. You learn that quickly. Also, FYI, the lid fits right on the side of the pot (see the little ledges?). That's a good thing. Enjoyed your first foray into Instant Pot land!
