I love Indian food, so good but I feel that Biranyi is so close to Makloba which is an Iraqi/ Arabic recipe. Both are awesome.

I need to buy an instant pot
Please don't waste your time and ingredients trying this recipe.I tried making this today in my instant pot and it got burnt while cooking the chicken and also while cooking the rice. She says that we do not have to put water in to cook the chicken but then it will definitely get burnt. I did not even caramelize my onions, I only sauteed it and it still burnt. I had to pour more than 1 cup of water to cook the rice. So please make chicken biriyani the normal way and never in the IP. The one good thing about this video is that she has explained everything very clearly but unfortunately it does not work.
