That’s BRILLIANT! What a great idea. I don’t have an Instant Pot, but a Breville Fast, Slow, Pro (ridiculous name, however much the same as an IP). I will need to figure out the pressure but this should be worth it. Thanks!

thumbs up but this can also be done in the microwave. I use a microwave covered dish cooks in 2 minutes or less and comes out exactly the same in my microwave may take a few seconds longer in yours….let it set a few minutes….. a give it a try…. and less clean up… lol

I received one of these pots for a gift 2 years ago and never used it. Now seeing this I will have to try this. I was going to ask if you knew of any place i could find out where and how to use it and then i saw your steak video. My sister made an awesome German potato salad under pressure so i will have to get that from her, Thank you for sharing.

Yep. I use my favorite Pyrex bowl. Water collected on top is easily removed with a paper towel. I use a pastry cutter in the same bowl to cut it up. Add mayo, mustard, etc. All in the same bowl. Thanks for the video about Heather. She inspired me to try a sourdough starter. Decided I don't like sourdough, but it was fun.
