Thank you for posting this! I'm planning to use the instant pot hk custard recipe today but I was nervous about some of the details. I also wanted to serve it cold I'm glad to hear that you do it that way too. Also I forgot that you can stick the lid in the side of the pot to make room on the counter! In my tiny kitchen, that's a life saver!!
