Instant pot duo that we bought in December 2019 from Walmart does not cook right! We cook 4 small potatoes for over 45 minutes and still raw! I have checked everything settings and watched tons of YouTube videos to make sure I know how to use it. I still can't get it to cooked perfectly like the video I saw on YouTube. Instant pot is OVER EXERATED!

I ordered the Duo Plus 60 on Amazon's 2019 Black Friday ($69). I then saw the Duo 60 for $49 that listed accessories. As I wasn't sure the Plus had the $8 steamer rack, I cancelled that order & replaced it with the Duo @ 11:59 PM. I was alerted the next day the Plus had been shipped & couldn't be cancelled, so now I have both models. I have until 1-31-20 to send one back. When the PLUS came it wasn't the same IP shown in the ad. The one I got included sous vide. Since many of the beginner's YT videos are for the Duo 60, I have been using it almost daily. I pulled out the Plus today to test the sealing rings I just received & couldn't figure out how to seal it, but I take it from your video, the obvious choice would be the PLUS for $20 more.

You are awesome!! This is the first time I didn't get annoyed by someone spending way too much time at the beginning telling me what they were going to do. You got to it and didn't let up until the end. Thank you

I just bought one of these, an I'm a little scared but really excited about it at the same time. Kinda like doing acid for the first time. This may be a life changing situation.

I have the Duo with the blue letters. First time user. I tried plain water after watching your video and it steamed almost the entire time it was building pressure, is that what it should do? Finally after 20 minutes or so it started counting down. I messed with the valves and I did a quick release should i do quick release when I don’t want to overcook something? And just leave it alone for natural release? TIA! You seem to explain the best !

Hi! Thank you for the demonstration. I saw yesterday your demonstration when you got the Ultra model, and I quite frankly do not know which one to buy!!! I live in Norway and I have tried to figure out if they are available here. The shops might have 6 qrt duo. And that's it. I also looked on Amazon. An the shipping is more then the cost of a duo……….
If you were to advice me (and also others, I understand you are an enthusiast in this), which model would you recommend? (I do not need big batches made. But either way, wanting a 6 or a 8)
