Why would you need to press the Keep Warm button for making eggs? The 5-5-5 method in the IP has resulted in the overcooked green yolked eggs for me the couple of times I tried it. I find that releasing pressure immediately and getting those eggs into the ice bath the second the lid can be open is the way to go.
