I have a 6 qt Viva Instant pot. A couple of times I get a beep then burn message. It loses pressure, what am I doing wrong to cause this message?

I just got through watching your video on Rice Pudding and you mentioned in there that you had made your own vanilla extract in the Instant Pot. I am a subscriber and looked through your recipes but I didn't see one for vanilla extract. If you don't have a video on making your own vanilla extract is there any way that I could talk you into it?? Thanks for your videos you do a very nice job!
