This turned out beyond delicious. Made this yesterday but instead of using chocolate cookie wafers (couldn't find) I used Scottish Butter Shortbread cookies. Prepared everything the same but had to eyeball the alternate cookie amount. Everyone looooooooved it! Thank you for the recipe.
