LOVE LOVE LOVE my instant pot!>>>ur2.pl/1046 It is definitely not a necessity for everyone, but it has certainly made my life easier. I think the 8 quart version we got is maybe a little large for most people's needs, but I really appreciate the versatility of being able to put a larger quantity into the pot – it's made dishes like stir-fry and rice possible to cook at the same time. If you're on the fence about what size to get, or if you should get one at all, I would say go for it!

Looks more like a Quiche or a bake than an omelet.  Also, 20 minutes is highly excessive.  See Instant Pot Omelette VERY EASY. She did it 4 only six minutes and came out perfectly cooked.  If your glass mixing bowl is sufficiently lubricated, you might try sliding it out and folding it over on itself providing it's not too thick.

I will try this, have been experimenting with omelets. I do think it might be best to explain not to ever do the quick release without covering it with a towel and using a long spoon or other tool to keep hands away.
