I have 2 6QT pressure cookers, 2 different brands..in both of them, the inner pot spins. I make something almost identical to this at least once a month, probably more in some months. It is great!

OMG! Kiera, this looks so amazing! I definitely have to try this one. I have a meat masher that I purchased at Walmart, it's so much easier than trying to break up the ground beef with a fork. Give it a try, I think you'll love it. Happy Sunday!!!!πππ

Tip for keeping the inner pot still..use one of those big binder clips. π At least that works with the Instant Pot
