I added a carrot and stock of celery – diced to the onions and at the end added some cubed velveeta cheese. Turned out very good.
While I've never had instant cream of broccoli soup. But this looks pretty simple and quite good!
I think I would purée it a bit plus add cheese. I hate cooked broccoli but the soup is okay. I know it is silly but this is one way I can please my husband and I can eat it too.
