Hi Tressa, This pork sandwich looks luscious!! I love when you do not have a specific recipe but take us along with you as you prepare dinner. It’s fun to watch as you improvise, etc…it’s real cooking in real life – what so many of us home cooks can relate to. BTW…those buns look fantastic!! You are a great baker…please take us along next time you make a batch. Oh…and I would love to see how you make macaroni and cheese…it is my husband’s favorite dish but I have never quite mastered it. I never had it growing up and didn’t experiment making it until I got married…but it just never seems creamy enough. And if you ever have a minute…please show us your garden!! I love to garden…even though it can be a bit of an ongoing battle with the jack rabbits, squirrels, dear…and our sweet dog that has a penchant for herbs!! LOL!! ❤️🐶❤️ But I try be good spirited and grow enough for “everyone” 🐇🐿🦌🐕 …LOL!! “See” you soon. Love, Mary ❤️😘❤️ PS…Tell your husband that my husband is very impressed that he made the coleslaw!! My husband (his name is Ted) does not know how to cook but is glad he married a woman who loves to cook!! But I did teach him to make scrambled eggs…and a few other simple things so that he can fend for himself if I’m away from home. But I usually try to keep the fridge well stocked…and just in case, I keep the pantry well stocked with canned soup!! 😂😂😂

I bet that smelled wonderful! My husband loves using smoked pep Rica. That was a similar rub to wet my husband makes. We don’t have an instant pot yet but the more videos I watch about them the more I want to get one. 14 minutes! Holy moly. I always feel awkward when I take a bite on video LOL. I’m glad you recorded this. oh and I want to try making hamburger buns as well. I’m still working on biscuits. Last night I made beer biscuits and it was an epic fail LOL.

Looks wonderful. I made some county style ribs in my IP too and we made several meals off of them. We even shredded some of the meat and had sandwiches from it too. Thanks for sharing, Tressa! Hope you have a great weekend.
