I just found your YouTube feed. I received an instant pot for my birthday and I wanted to cook corn beef and cabbage. You are a delight to watch. I will definitely come back for more!

I made this dish at work a week ago last Friday and got one of my co-workers to pull her instant pot out of the box after I showed her how easy it was to use. I must admit I did have a "Loon" moment early on. I was showing her how to do the water test and It was not coming to pressure very quickly…then I realized I left my silicon ring at home…. A quick trip home got us back up to pressure. I chalked it up to showing her all the trouble shooting steps ;O) Cheers! poko…."The Loon"

Have you heard of the Two Ronnies? Your comedy routine reminds me of them. Very funny! I recently bought a pressure cooker, and I LOVE it!!! I am definitely going to try your recipe as hubby really enjoys corned beef. Thank you for sharing:)

Y’all are so fun. Isn’t amazing how easy it is to make scrumptious corned beef and cabbage in the instant pot?? I used a 12 ounce can of Guinness beer in place of the water and it gave my corned beef and veggies amazing flavor.
