NOTE: In the video I do a quick release, but a natural release is better for this recipe. You'll notice that the Instant Pot was sitting for 6 minutes of natural cooking off before I released the pressure. Repeating this recipe a number of times, I've noticed that a natural release works even better. If you're in a hurry, do the quick release after 5 minutes or so. If you have the time, let it natural release for 10 minutes before flipping the valve.

    Happy cooking!

Sounds great, just one suggestion. Put your spring form pan on the trivet and then lower it into the Instant Pot using the handles on the trivet. This is easier than trying to squeeze your fingers into the Instant Pot. Trust me, I know!!!

Awsomem, and I did make it, I had to leave the corn out, because I have diverticulosis, but it was good, I browned mine in the DeLongHi air fryer, it has a top burner an bottom it only took 5 extra minutess, it went good with my Beef Stew in the insta pot, thank's Nicky
