    Hi Stacey, ill be preparing some fresh clams in my Instant Pot tomorrow. Your directions are very clear and concise for frozen clams and mussels (4 minutes on manual). But what about fresh – NOT FROZEN – clams and mussels?

    Hi Stacey, I've never tried mussels – do they taste like clams? I have seen a frozen mix of shrimp, shucked mussels and I think calimari at Trader Joe's and I thought that might be a good way to start, maybe as a garlic olive oil scampi.
