My young adult son has business in my city and will spend the night here. He loves rice pudding and I am welcoming him with your wonderful version! It turned out amazing! Listen to Jeff and use the bay leaf, everyone. 😀

I always add a maple rum syrup and a bay leaf to my rice pudding. I had an aunt that told me about the bay leaf years ago. I love flavored maple syrups and try to use them whenever I can.  My kids used to always crumble cereals on their desserts so this is a no brainer and I always have cinnamon toast crunch in the house. I'm going to try my recipe, I use more cream, milk and mexican crema in mine but I am going to try the cereal topping.

I like straining the "goopiness" of the egg mixture! Great idea! Can't wait to try this. Keep up the great recipes and videos! Every one of them that I've tried, has been a HUGE success with the fam!
