Jeffrey, you are so 'punny'! But seriously, this looks so good, I'm going to make it soon. I hope you both had a wonderful thanksgiving and I can't wait to see what you are going to come up with before Christmas.

Rao’s is really good. I usually use it to when I made your meatballs. The otjer day I used some more plain pomodoro sauce from Trader Joes. Sauce came out really bland – I had to add some spices to get it even close to Rao’s level

I need help, duo Evo plus. Cannot get this thing to pressurize. Changed the ring, cleaned everything, bought a new pressure relief valve. It's just a crock pot at this point. The pressure constantly relieves through the valve, never seals, blows steam until there is no more moisture inside the pot. Never goes past pre heating. I'm about to throw it in the trash!

Most people call the corkscrew pasta cavatappi but here in Canada – we have a company that calls it "Scoobi Doo" lol I don't actually know how they get away with it but because I found it first before I found actual cavatappi it makes me have to think harder to reach for the "correct" name of it. LOL That looks super good! The better than bouillion garlic & the boursin would make it next level! Yum!

Jeffrey, you are so bad! I thought after the two cups of sauce you were done but then you added the cheese and boursin. My jaw dropped and my mouth started watering. You are so naughty! I know what I'm making this week!

Lol I watching this is similar to "american goulash" on some ways about half way through the video. Then the "crazy ivan" (movie pun) with the double cheese. Brain spoke for my tummy and say "oh that's yummy"

My 3 year old who likes to cook with me asked if we could make this for dinner. Screw the leftovers from TDay. Lmao

    Great job.
