Hey Mike, thanks for sharing this recipe video! 🙂 The Roast is in the brand new 8 quart IP as I type this with 26 minutes to go before we add carrots, potatoes, etc. (we're making it as if the MIL is coming! LOL)… I do not eat meat but the rest of my family does so I'll get back with you on what they thought when it's all done… Again, thanks for sharing! 🙂
