This one looks simple and easy enough Kristine. I love chili mac actually (with the pasta) so I guess I will prep the noodles separately or check for some chili mac recipe.

Thanks for your efficient, quick, and to-the-point short videos that accompany your more in depth recipe pages. Time is important and I can appreciate going through a video like this to get the gist of the recipe. Your videos are unique in that regard. (shortness). There are videos on YT that will rattle on for 10, 15 minutes or even longer about something that can be compressed to within 5 minutes or so. Most viewers will not sit to watch a video beyond 5 to 10 minutes unless it is something the viewer is particularly interested in.

I am still relatively new to the Instant Pot so now I am going to give this one a try for tonight's dinner. It seems I just need to saute first starting with the onions and ground beef, then throw every thing else in there on top of that. Then pressure cook for 15-minutes and voilà! Done!I 🙂 I only wish that the instant pot had a more intuitive panel layout, and also would light up with LEDs so that it is more readily viewable in darker conditions. Cheers.
