Surely a good example of how wonderful pressure cookers are, especially if you haven't defrosted anything. All that wonderful food and flavors ready to eat in just minutes. Yum!

That looks so delicious! Never had those stuffed shells before but I know I'd eat them up.

Wondering why you didn't use the PIP (Pot in Pot) method to add the stuffed shells in a container above the chicken. Might have made it easier to serve/remove the shells when the food is done without them falling apart and losing their stuffing.

yum looks real good. Im sure someone has told you, but just incase nobody has. Try putting a damp cloth under you cutting board to keep it from sliding around so much. Another great video. Two thumbs up

I bought a GoWise pressure cooker. I'm loving it! Thanks to your and Kathy's videos! I sent my 5 to 6 year-old Elite to Goodwill. It needed to hit the road! My Father, Hank said that the pulled pork I made in the new PC was the best he ever ate. Hard boiled eggs were totally amazing! Shell removal from those eggs were fast and easy! I'm definitely trying this recipe and add some extra tomatoes and spinach! Thanks as always for your videos, recipes, and great info!!!!
