After unsuccessfully searching and searching the web for a Chicken Pad Thai recipe to be made in the Instant Pot, I began to lose hope. So, I decided to create one myself modifying this recipe from classycookinwithchefstef.wordpress.com!

I make this recipe about once a week. The only thing I do differently is add more Pad Thai sauce. My wife loves this recipe (she is a very tough critic of my cooking, so if she gives it a thumbs up it must be good). Tomorrow for Easter we are hosting the family and I'll be making this and Jeffrey's Hungarian Goulash (another dynamite recipe).
I tried the times with brown rice noodles and the 8 and 5 minutes didn’t work.. the noodles didn’t soften.. I experimented just running them longer.. but guess screwed up..
What should the times be for brown rice noodles?
Your IP you say normal /venting/ 8 mins. I have the IP ultra.. is normal the same as med or high temp?
pronounced like "pod Thai" not "pad Thai"
So basically your using the IP as a regular pot on the stove?. Really not seeing a benefit to using the IP with this one. I like your ingredients though.

It is wonderful>>>arah.in/rBVl I can make dishes in minutes. What used to take me hours now is incredibly fast. In love with my instant pot. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. It has simplified my life and now I have more free time to do more.

I finally made this from scratch at home. It is so awesome!! If you can get the sauce made first…the noodles and to combine the noodles and the sauce is a breeze. I like shrimp in mine 😉

Love this recipe but the time to cook the noodles is way off for me. I had to keep cooking them. Don't know how you managed it.
