After unsuccessfully searching and searching the web for a Chicken Pad Thai recipe to be made in the Instant Pot, I began to lose hope. So, I decided to create one myself modifying this recipe from classycookinwithchefstef.wordpress.com!

The recipe is super easy and super satisfying as it provides that classic, delicious Pad Thai flavor we all know and love while not feeling too heavy at the same time!

I make this recipe about once a week. The only thing I do differently is add more Pad Thai sauce. My wife loves this recipe (she is a very tough critic of my cooking, so if she gives it a thumbs up it must be good). Tomorrow for Easter we are hosting the family and I'll be making this and Jeffrey's Hungarian Goulash (another dynamite recipe).

I tried the times with brown rice noodles and the 8 and 5 minutes didn’t work.. the noodles didn’t soften.. I experimented just running them longer.. but guess screwed up..

What should the times be for brown rice noodles?

Your IP you say normal /venting/ 8 mins. I have the IP ultra.. is normal the same as med or high temp?

This looks really good. I tried to go to the written recipe, but the link didn't work. 🙁 Is there a different link for the written recipe? Oh, and thank you for all the work you do. I really am leaning a lot from you. 🙂
