Thanks for sharing another great recipe…I have the power pressure cooker xl and love it, but recently bought the InstaPot. I used the InstaPot once and am now afraid of it because it burned on the bottom when trying to make chili in it… had to abort and break out the old pressure cooker. Not sure what I did wrong but I guess thicker consistency recipes don’t work well due to the stainless steel liner. 🤷🏼♂️ I am gonna give your recipe a shot in the InstaPot to rebuild my confidence in using it 😉
