Getting that cubed steak tender is hard to do. I simmer in gravy until tender. Love ❤️ this recipe. ❤️❤️❤️💜💜💜

Richard , very good recipe & 1 of my fave dishes with mashed taters & the gravy & green beans, sometimes cornbread or biscuits also , in Kentucky we have to styles that are exactly the same but chicken fried steak is with the white gravy & we have country fried steak with a brown beef gravy , btw that was a great game last night , great c🎉ome back win & I had to stay up & watch, glad the Rangers won.
